Sage + Stone brings your wearables, continuous glucose monitor, and lab results into one timeline. It connects to Apple Watch, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, your CGM, Apple Health, and FHIR lab records.
When two devices disagree — say your watch logs 7h12m of sleep and your Oura ring logs 5h03m — Sage + Stone reconciles them into a single trustworthy read instead of leaving you with conflicting numbers. A daily AI coach then reads across every signal so you start the day with one clear picture.
Private by design. Your Apple Health data is processed on your iPhone, and your raw health metrics are never sold. You control every share — nothing leaves your device without your say-so.

Sage + Stone asks for read-only Apple Health access on first launch. To change it anytime, open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Sage + Stone and toggle the categories you want on or off — or tap Turn Off All to revoke everything.
Revoking Health access never deletes your Sage + Stone account. If a connection won't establish, fully close and reopen the app, and make sure you're on iOS 16 or later.
Sage + Stone pulls live listings from ClinicalTrials.gov, the official U.S. government registry maintained by the NIH. Each trial carries eligibility criteria — age range, biological sex, conditions, biomarker thresholds.
Your health profile is compared against those criteria on your device, and the closest matches rank highest. Each match links to its official ClinicalTrials.gov listing so you can verify details and contact the study site directly. Always confirm with your healthcare provider before enrolling.
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile data from Sage + Stone within 30 days. You can also request deletion by emailing privacy@sageplusstone.com.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — manage that separately in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.
Sage + Stone is a consumer app, not a healthcare provider — so it isn't a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA. The health data you share is governed by our Privacy Policy, backed by on-device Apple Health processing and a firm no-data-selling commitment.
