Burnout doesn't announce itself

But your data does — days before you feel it.

A declining HRV, a rising resting heart rate, and eroding sleep together are the signature of accumulating recovery debt. Sage + Stone watches your personal baseline across every device and surfaces the drift early — so you can back off before you crash, not after. Informational only, not a diagnosis.

Recovery across every device

HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and training load from all your wearables in one recovery picture — not four conflicting scores.

Early-warning on drift

When your baseline slides — HRV down, resting HR up — Sage + Stone flags it days early, while a rest day still fixes it. Informational, not a diagnosis.

AI coach for recovery

One plain-language read each morning on whether to push or rest — based on your real recovery trend, not a generic readiness score.

Stress & sleep, unified

See how stress load and sleep quality feed your recovery over weeks — and what actually moves the needle for you.

Feature · Pattern Deviation

It learns your normal — not a population average.

Most wearables flag you against a one-size-fits-all threshold, so an athlete with naturally low HRV gets pinged constantly. Stone, your AI recovery coach, instead learns your own 14-day rolling baseline for HRV, resting heart rate and skin temperature — and only surfaces a Pattern Deviation when 2 or more signals drift from your normal at once. Far fewer false alarms, and the drift it does surface is worth paying attention to.

  • Your 14-day rolling baseline. HRV, resting HR and skin-temp each get their own personal normal that updates as you do.
  • Two-signal rule. A single noisy night won't trip it — a Pattern Deviation needs 2+ signals moving together, which is what real recovery debt looks like.
  • Observational, never diagnostic. Stone describes your personal trend in plain language and suggests rest. It never names a condition — bring anything that concerns you to your provider.

Feature · Cycle Readiness

A luteal HRV dip is expected — so we stop flagging it.

If you log cycle data, your recovery score becomes Cycle Readiness. The natural HRV trough in your late-luteal phase is treated as normal context rather than a red flag, so Stone doesn't alarm you for something your body does every month. This is cycle context for recovery — not a hormonal diagnosis, and never a fertility or contraception prediction.

  • Phase-aware, not phase-guessing. Cycle phase is read only from cycle data you log or sync from Apple Health — Stone never infers your phase from how you feel.
  • Expected dips stay quiet. The late-luteal HRV trough is folded into your normal range, so your readiness score reflects context instead of a false alarm.
  • Context for recovery only. This supports how you train and rest. It is not hormonal diagnosis, fertile-window prediction, or contraception guidance — bring health questions to your provider.
